We ran the Neon Apps x RevenueCat App Founders New Year Party on Wednesday 24 December 2025, at our office in Istanbul, from 7 in the evening until 10. It is the one I would keep if I could only keep one, and it is the one with no agenda at all.
Why we run these
Standing, hiring, and information. People know who we are, so a team that later needs a product built rather than a paywall fixed is not receiving a cold email from strangers. We hire out of these rooms. And we learn what the market is stuck on months before any report would tell us, which is worth more than it sounds.
I would rather write that down than let it be inferred. The version where a company does this purely out of generosity is not true anywhere and it is not true here.
Everything else written here comes out of the same place: work done for other companies, at a volume that made the patterns visible.
